Gordon Ramsay Street Burger - Charing Cross Road

As an American visiting for the first time, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect in terms of seating or service, but I stopped by around 2–3 PM and had no problem walking in and grabbing a table—only a few people were there. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were helpful. I ordered the Hell’s Kitchen Burger and it did not disappoint—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Ordering is done entirely through your phone, which was convenient enough, but it did discourage me from grabbing another beer since I didn’t want to go back through the process again. Food was definitely 5/5, and the ordering system a solid 4/5. Overall, I’d happily go back for another burger—great stop if you’re near Charing Cross.

The waiters were very friendly and took great care of us. The service was very fast and the food was amazing. The place is very clean. The kindness of the staff made us very happy. We especially thank to Chirag for his help.

We had always wanted to visit a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, and when we found this place, we had to try it. The staff were polite and professional. We based our food choices on their recommendations, and I'm so glad we listened to them. The online ring, the burgers, and everything were absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend it!

Oh I missed so much these spicy chicken wings and burger. And as we’re in London for New Year I couldn’t miss having dinner here. It was really busy. Staff were doing great. We called to book a table. Lovely little robot answering your call. It is pricey for burgers and fries. But worth it for an occasion.

The best way for me to explain this burger is if Wendy's (their freshness,) and fat twins (their smash burgers,) came together. It was really dam good, if only the price was a bit cheaper. But my rating is a 9/10!

Wow! First time here such awesome customer service. Very helpful to my daughter allergies. Never know with chef restaurants but this one didn't disappoint. The burgers were absolutely amazing!! 10 across the board. We would come here again. The moijto was delicious too. We came one more time before we left the country. Still delicious!

This streamlined the ordering process significantly, allowing for a seamless and modern dining experience. However, I would advise diners to be mindful when settling the bill. I mistakenly closed out my tab early, only to learn that soda fountain drink refills are not complimentary. This required an additional transaction, which could have been avoided by keeping the tab open for potential refills. The service was exemplary, with all staff members displaying genuine warmth and professionalism. Their attentiveness contributed significantly to the welcoming atmosphere. On this particular visit, the restaurant was not busy, with only a few tables occupied, which allowed for a relaxed and intimate dining environment. Overall, Gordon Ramsay Street Burger delivers a great dining experience, for a quick meal.

The food was amazing—super tasty and packed with flavor. The service was even better than the food, which says a lot! The staff were attentive and friendly, making the experience truly enjoyable. That said, I found it quite pricey at 90 for four burgers and one drink. While the quality is undeniable, I’d expect a bit more value for that price point. Overall, it’s worth a visit for the experience
